→ For the Garlic Bread

11 - 1 large French baguette or Italian loaf
12 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
13 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
14 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
15 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
16 - 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
03 - Stir in heavy cream and whole milk. Bring to a gentle simmer, then add Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning. Stir continuously until cheese melts and sauce becomes smooth.
04 - Add cooked chicken to the Alfredo sauce. Stir thoroughly to coat all pieces, then remove from heat.
05 - Slice the baguette in half lengthwise. Mix softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a small bowl. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over both bread halves.
06 - Spoon chicken Alfredo mixture evenly over the buttered bread halves. Top with shredded mozzarella and provolone cheeses.
07 - Place prepared bread halves on the baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted, bubbly, and edges are golden brown.
08 - Remove from oven and let cool for 2–3 minutes. Slice into pieces and serve warm.

# Tips for Success:

01 -
  • It transforms ordinary leftovers into something that feels indulgent and special
  • The combination of crispy bread, creamy sauce, and melted cheese hits every comfort food craving
  • Perfect for feeding a crowd without spending hours in the kitchen
02 -
  • Let the Alfredo sauce cool slightly before spreading so it does not make the bread soggy
  • Do not overload the bread or the toppings will slide off during baking
  • Wait 5 minutes before slicing so the cheese sets slightly for cleaner cuts
03 -
  • Place a wire rack on your baking sheet for extra crispy bread bottoms
  • Use freshly grated Parmesan from a wedge instead of pre-grated for better melting
