01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
02 - Place turkey bacon slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Optionally, brush lightly with olive oil and season with black pepper.
03 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, turning slices halfway through, until golden and crispy.
04 - Remove from oven and transfer bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess fat.
05 - Serve immediately or allow to cool and store in an airtight container for up to three days.
