# How to Make It:

01 - Dissolve strawberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water, stir in 1 cup cold water. Pour into shallow dish and refrigerate 1 hour until set. Repeat process with lemon gelatin in separate dish.
02 - Beat heavy whipping cream in mixing bowl until soft peaks form. Set aside for later use.
03 - Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold whipped cream into mixture until fully incorporated.
04 - Once gelatins are firm, cut both strawberry and lemon layers into 1/2-inch cubes.
05 - Place spoonful of cream cheese mixture in jar bottom. Add strawberry gelatin cubes, diced strawberries, and mini marshmallows.
06 - Add another layer of cream cheese mixture, followed by lemon gelatin cubes, diced pineapple, and additional marshmallows.
07 - Finish with final spoonful of cream cheese mixture on top. Refrigerate assembled jars at least 1 hour to set.
08 - Top each jar with whipped cream, marshmallow bunny candy, and pastel sprinkles immediately before serving.
