Guava White Tea Lemonade (Printable)

Tropical fusion of white tea, sweet guava juice and fresh lemon creates a perfectly balanced refreshing drink for warm days.

# What's Needed:

→ Tea

01 - 4 cups water
02 - 4 white tea bags

→ Guava Lemonade Base

03 - 1 cup guava juice (100% pure, unsweetened preferred)
04 - 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 3–4 lemons)
05 - 1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
06 - 1/2 cup cold water

→ Garnish & Serve

07 - Ice cubes
08 - Lemon slices
09 - Fresh mint leaves (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Boil 4 cups of water and let it cool for 1 minute to avoid scalding the tea. Steep the white tea bags in the hot water for 3–4 minutes. Remove tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature.
02 - In a large pitcher, combine guava juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, and 1/2 cup cold water. Stir well until fully incorporated.
03 - Add the cooled white tea to the pitcher and mix thoroughly. Taste and adjust sweetness with more simple syrup if desired. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for best flavor.
04 - Fill glasses with ice and pour the guava white tea lemonade over. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.

# Tips for Success:

01 -
  • It strikes that rare perfect balance between delicate tea flavor and bold tropical fruit
  • The recipe comes together in under fifteen minutes but tastes like something from a fancy cafe
02 -
  • White tea turns bitter if you use boiling water or steep it too long, so follow those timing instructions carefully
  • The drink dilutes quickly as ice melts, so keep the base mixture slightly sweeter than you think you want
03 -
  • Fresh lemon juice is absolutely worth the extra effort here, bottled stuff makes the drink taste flat and artificial
  • Add a few slices of fresh strawberries or some passion fruit pulp if you really want to lean into the tropical vibe
