01 - Pat salmon fillets dry and season both sides evenly with salt and black pepper.
02 - Combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil in a small bowl; whisk thoroughly.
03 - Warm a large nonstick skillet over medium heat; add olive oil if the pan is dry.
04 - Place salmon fillets presentation side down in the skillet; sear for 3 to 4 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
05 - Turn salmon fillets over; pour the honey garlic glaze over them.
06 - Continue cooking for another 3 to 4 minutes, spooning glaze over the salmon as it thickens and until fillets are just cooked through.
07 - Remove from heat, transfer salmon to plates, spoon remaining glaze from skillet over each portion, and garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
