# Tips for Success:

01 -
  • Ready in under an hour for those busy nights
  • Uses fresh herbs and lemon for vibrant flavor
  • Very little hands-on cooking required
  • Works for gluten-free and low carb diets
02 -
  • High in protein for filling and satisfying meals
  • Low carb and gluten free so everyone can enjoy
  • Marinating longer is optional for a bigger flavor punch
  • Fresh lemon is the real star here. I always keep a couple on hand for this chicken and for adding to salads and drinks. The brightest flavors remind me of lazy Sunday afternoons with my family when we would squeeze extra lemon just for fun.
03 -
  • Always zest your lemon before juicing to avoid waste and get the most brightness in the marinade
  • Do not skip resting after baking as this step locks juiciness into every bite
  • If you want a crispier top, broil the chicken for three minutes right before serving but watch closely to avoid burning
