09 - 2 cups fresh or canned peaches, peeled and diced
10 - 1/3 cup brown sugar
11 - 2 tbsp cornstarch
12 - 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
13 - 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
14 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter

→ Cinnamon Sugar Filling

15 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
16 - 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
17 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

→ Vanilla Glaze

18 - 1 cup powdered sugar
19 - 2 tbsp milk
20 - 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
21 - Pinch of salt

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine warm milk, warm water, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy. Mix in melted butter, eggs, and salt. Gradually incorporate flour until soft dough forms. Knead on floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Transfer to greased bowl, cover, and rise in warm place for 1-1.5 hours until doubled.
02 - Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add peaches, brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook stirring constantly for 5-7 minutes until peaches soften and mixture thickens. Remove from heat and cool completely.
03 - Whisk together brown sugar and cinnamon in small bowl until evenly combined.
04 - Punch down risen dough and roll out on floured surface into 16x12-inch rectangle. Spread softened butter evenly over dough. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture across surface, then distribute cooled peach filling.
05 - Roll dough tightly from long edge into log. Cut into 12 equal slices using sharp knife or dough cutter. Arrange rolls cut-side up in greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Cover and let rise 30-45 minutes until puffy.
06 - Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and center is fully cooked. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes.
07 - Whisk powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and pourable. Drizzle generously over warm rolls before serving.

# Tips for Success:

01 -
  • The combination of tender peaches and classic cinnamon sugar feels like discovering your two favorite friends actually get along perfectly
  • That vanilla glaze soaks into every warm nook and cranny, creating pockets of pure breakfast magic
02 -
  • Cool the peach filling completely before spreading or your butter layer will disappear and your rolls will not hold together properly
  • Room temperature ingredients combine more smoothly, so pull those eggs and butter out ahead of time
03 -
  • Use unflavored dental floss to slice rolls cleanly without squishing them down
  • Place your baking dish on a parchment lined sheet pan to catch any bubbling over incidents
