03 - 1/2 cup cranberry juice, chilled
04 - 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

06 - Fresh raspberries or strawberries

07 - Edible glitter or gold sugar for glass rims

# How to Make It:

01 - Rim each champagne flute with lemon juice and dip in edible glitter or gold sugar for a festive presentation.
02 - In a large pitcher, combine sparkling white grape juice, sparkling raspberry soda, cranberry juice, and lemon juice. Stir gently to preserve carbonation.
03 - Pour the mocktail mixture into each prepared flute, filling about three-quarters full to allow room for garnish.
04 - Place a small tuft of pink cotton candy on top of each glass just before serving. Watch it dissolve for a dramatic sweetening effect.
05 - Garnish with fresh raspberries or strawberries if desired. Serve immediately while sparkling and chilled.

# Tips for Success:

01 -
  • The cotton candy creates a mesmerizing transformation that turns an ordinary drink into a moment of pure joy and surprise
  • Kids and adults both get equally excited watching the garnish melt into the sparkling base
02 -
  • The cotton candy starts melting immediately so only add it right before you serve or you will lose the whole dramatic effect
  • Chill everything ahead of time because ice will dilute the carefully balanced flavors and make the cotton candy disappear too fast
03 -
  • Buy the cotton candy from a party supply store rather than making it yourself because store-bought holds its shape longer
  • Pour the juices very slowly down the side of the glass to preserve maximum carbonation
