# How to Make It:

04 - Fold in sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito-style to completely enclose filling.
05 - Lightly brush or spray exterior of each burrito with olive oil.
06 - Place burritos seam-side down on parchment-lined baking sheet for oven or in air fryer basket.
07 - Oven method: bake 18-20 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Air fryer method: cook 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp and browned.
08 - Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and fresh basil if desired. Serve immediately.

# Tips for Success:

01 -
  • You can customize the fillings endlessly based on what's in your fridge
  • The air fryer gives them that irresistible crispy exterior in under ten minutes
02 -
  • Overfilling is the enemy here—stick to the recommended amounts or the burritos will burst during cooking
  • Let them rest for 2–3 minutes after cooking so the cheese sets slightly and doesn't ooze out when you cut them
03 -
  • Brush with melted garlic butter instead of plain olive oil for an extra flavor boost
  • Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on the oiled exterior before cooking for a surprising crunch
