# Tips for Success:

01 -
  • It's a one-pan wonder, which means minimal cleanup and maximum flavor.
  • The combination of spicy sausage and sweet peppers is simply irresistible.
02 -
  • Never overcrowd your pan when browning the sausage; work in batches if necessary to ensure a beautiful sear instead of steaming.
  • Don't be afraid to taste and adjust your seasoning — a pinch more salt or pepper can really make the flavors sing.
03 -
  • Get your skillet properly hot before adding the sausage; that initial sizzle is key to developing a deep, caramelized crust.
  • Don't cook the bell peppers until they're mushy; a slight crunch adds a delightful textural contrast to the dish.
