06 - Allow the frittata to cool for 2 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.

# Tips for Success:

01 -
  • You can have a wholesome homemade breakfast on the table in under 30 minutes with almost zero active cooking time
  • The air fryer creates this incredible texture thats fluffy inside with just the right amount of golden crispness around the edges
  • Its endlessly adaptable based on whatever vegetables are languishing in your crisper drawer
02 -
  • Using an oven safe pan is non negotiable because plastic or handles with metal parts can melt or create dangerous situations in the air fryer
  • Every air fryer runs differently so start checking at 12 minutes because an overcooked frittata becomes rubbery and sad
  • The frittata will puff up dramatically while cooking then settle slightly as it cools which is completely normal
03 -
  • Cut vegetables into uniform small pieces so they cook evenly and you get every flavor in each bite
  • Let the frittata rest for those full 2 minutes because slicing too soon makes it fall apart and lose its beautiful shape
