- Cook bowtie pasta in large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water. Set aside.
- Toss beef strips with olive oil, smoked paprika, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until thoroughly coated.
- Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned beef strips and cook 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside, loosely covered.
- Reduce heat to medium in same skillet. Add butter and minced garlic. Sauté 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and cream cheese to skillet. Stir constantly until cream cheese melts and sauce becomes smooth.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer 2-3 minutes, stirring often, until sauce thickens. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Add drained pasta to sauce, tossing thoroughly to coat. Add reserved pasta water gradually if sauce is too thick to achieve desired consistency.
- Top pasta with cooked spiced beef. Toss gently to combine or leave beef on top as a garnish.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and additional Parmesan cheese before serving.
